The Day of 9/11, Before 9/11 and After 9/11 are three parts of the historical exhibition. The “In Memoriam” memorial exhibits honor the lives of those who died on September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993, and offer visitors the scope to learn about the men, women and children who died. The Foundation Hall is a room of enormous scale with both a last pillar and a mud wall.

What To Expect

Through artifacts, images, firsthand accounts, and interactive technology, the Museum narrates the 9/11 story. Discover more about the 110,000 square foot museum's rotating displays, special exhibitions, and main exhibitions.

Meeting point

180 Greenwich Street is the World Trade Center site, where the Museum and Memorial are situated. Your ticket, which enables you to skip the "Ticket Window" lines, is the barcoded voucher. Please proceed straight to the main entry's "Ticket Holder" line.

  • Every guest needs to go through airport-style security.
  • Not all of the exhibitions are currently on display, and certain areas of the museum are off-limits to visitors.
  • Currently, coat-check services, interactive exhibit elements, and audio guides are not available.
  • The on-site café is now closed.
  • There can only be one party or up to two people per elevator cab.
  • Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
  • You have to bring your headphones.
