1. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The user of this Website must be at least 18 years old of age and must be legally authorized to create a binding legal obligation. The website’s use must be done per the present terms and conditions. When using this Website you agree to make legitimate bookings and to be financially responsible. This means that you agree to pay all confirmed bookings made on this website.
Payment is due in Euro.
The prices include all the services listed in the description of each product as stated on each page. Tips/Gratuities, personal insurance, beverages, or Food when not clearly listed in the product’s description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included. The prices are net and include taxes. All prices may be changed in case of economic instability Senior Prices (if any) applies to – age 60 years and older Students with an International Student ID Card pay the student price (if any). They must possess this card at the time of booking and have it with them at the time of travel.
Payment is required at the time of booking or ordering.
It is made by credit card through our secure payment system. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Cardholders must be present at the time of presenting the ticket. We do not charge a service fee for processing credit-card payments. We do not provide an invoice for each booking but if required, we will provide you with one by e-mail.
You will receive a voucher for each service reserved. It is very IMPORTANT to make sure that you are providing us with the correct e-mail information as the coupon will be sent to you by email. All information regarding you and provided by you must be correctly given at the time of booking. WB Studio Tours cannot be held responsible for errors happening due to an incorrect information (wrong dates, wrong address.) provided by the user. The voucher must be printed as proof of purchase and must be presented to the service provider. The coupon is proof of your reservation and payment. For that reason, you should ensure you have a working printer at the time of booking as the voucher must be printed. You must provide the original, signed, at the start of your tour. Neither your bank receipt nor your credit card receipt alone will be accepted as proof of purchase. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without showing a valid voucher. NO VOUCHER – NO ADMISSION . You should make sure that you received all your vouchers and read them carefully prior to taking the tour. If you have not received your voucher, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the date of service.
The following is to be read, understood, and accepted prior to ordering via our website. Cancellation and modification conditions are also available before the validation process of the order and are also listed on the order confirmation.
6.2 Service Modified or Cancelled by Us
Tours Travel Finder reserves the right to change or cancel services without prior notice and where this is necessary for passengers’ comfort and safety (such as adverse weather conditions), or in the event of strike action or demonstrations. We will do our best to keep you informed in due time. If we have to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund, equal to the total amount paid to Tours Travel Finder at the time of booking.
6.3 Cancellation Fees when RESULTING FROM THE USER
The following cancellation fees will apply for any canceled reservation:
* Cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of the service:
No additional costs. You will get a 100% refund.
You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour.
* NO REFUND if canceled on the day of the service once it has started or in case of a “No Show”: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Rail Trips and Overnight Tours cannot be canceled once booked. It is of the client’s responsibility to verify that he is carrying the necessary documents for the tours booked and more specifically for Tours such as London in a Day or Bruges. In that case clients should check that they have a passport (It is also your responsibility to ascertain from your travel agent what visas are required). No refund (even partial) will be granted, should the clients not carry or loose the necessary proof of ID.
For special dates (Dec 24th, Dec 31st, Feb 14th, July 14th and any other specified dates, modification or cancellation less than 30 days prior to the service date, imply that the total amount is due to WbStudi Tours and no refund can be given.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE that all customers take out appropriate insurance for cancellation, as no such insurance is included in the prices listed on our website and our terms and conditions will strictly apply. If entitled to a full or partial refund, the user will receive credited back within a reasonable time period after deduction of any amounts remaining due per the above cancellation fees table.

9.1 Starting Time
These are subject to changes or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur. Please reconfirm your service at least 72 hours prior to departure time and date.
9.2 Food and Drinks
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Food & Drinks should not be carried on board the vehicles
9.3 Personal Belongings
Tours Travel Tours and its suppliers cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items or luggage, during the services, in the buses or anywhere else, and no guarantee can be given to recover them.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of France. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or their execution is the responsibility of the Tribunal de Barcelona, Spain, Europe (Barcelona Court).
