• Campfires are weather-permitting.
• Minors under the age of three do not have to pay, but may have to sit on a lap and are not guaranteed a seat.
• Sledding is weather dependent and may not run at certain temperatures (for example -35°C).
• Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• All adults must sign a waiver prior to inspection. If any children are under 18, their parents or legal guardians must also sign the waiver. Documentation may be required to verify the authority of the signatory.
• Minors under the age of eighteen who are not accompanied by an adult must submit a pre-signed waiver to participate in the tour.
• Each reservation provides one row on the sled, a maximum of 4 people per row.
• Bookings for more than four people must be split into multiple bookings.
• A minimum of two participants must be present for a reservation.
• Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
• What to bring : Warm clothing, Hat, Gloves.
• Live tour guide : English.
