• Please note that long hair must be tied back and swimwear - bathing suits or bikinis - must be worn. One does not need to wear a bathing cap.
• Shoes are only allowed in the changing rooms. Please arrive a little earlier than your scheduled time and leave on time. Once a session has started, unused time cannot be replaced.
• Apart from the changing areas, the Hammam is mixed.
• Please do not talk inside Hammam Al Andalus.
• It is recommended to regularly drink tea or water in the hammam to stay hydrated.
• Avoid a drop in blood pressure by limiting time spent in hot thermal baths or steam to no more than ten minutes at a time.
• What to bring : Swimwear.
• People with high blood pressure are not suitable.
• Ages 11 and younger are not permitted.
• Instructor : Spanish, English, French, Italian.
• Small group : Limited to 6 participants.
