Your journey from Lisbon begins in Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage site for its Romanticist architecture, historic estates and villas, and numerous royal palaces and castles. Enjoy the freedom to choose whether to include an entry ticket and tour of the colorful Pena Palace, or to gain some extra free time instead. Arriving early in Sintra increases your chances of avoiding long lines if you choose to go on a comprehensive tour of its lavish interiors and lush gardens with your guide. Be amazed by the palace's fairy-tale-like appearance, beautiful facade, and lavish interior.
