What will I receive after successfully booking a tour or ticket?
After booking, your reservation enters a processing stage. It will be confirmed anytime up to the day before your travel date. Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If the booking cannot be confirmed, it will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully confirmed.
After confirmation, when will I receive my tickets?
Your e-tickets will be sent to you within 12 hours before your travel date.
Why is my booking still showing as "processing"?
Some tickets require manual confirmation or availability checks with the official supplier. This may take time, especially during peak seasons.
What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation or tickets?
If you don't receive any update within the expected time, please contact support with your booking ID.
Can I change my booking after placing it?
Changes depend on ticket availability and supplier policies. Contact support as soon as possible for assistance.
Can I add more people to my booking?
You cannot add participants to an existing booking. However, you can make a new reservation and inform us that you are part of the same group.
Can I remove people from my booking?
You can remove participants if your booking is still under processing. Once the booking is confirmed, changes are no longer possible.
How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are sent electronically via email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
Are the tickets skip-the-line or timed entry?
Most tickets are timed-entry and may include skip-the-line access, depending on the option selected during booking.
Do I need to print my tickets?
In most cases, mobile e-tickets are accepted. However, some attractions may require a printed copy, which will be mentioned in your ticket details.
Can my booking be canceled by the system?
Yes, if tickets are unavailable or cannot be secured, your booking will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
