Enter a historic 550-year-old Ottoman Turkish bath in the Sultanahmet Sirkeci area, where the ceremony takes place, and take your seat in this atmospheric venue. A detailed booklet is provided to help you understand the origins and significance of the Mevlevi Sema tradition.
The performance begins with a short concert of classical Turkish music, setting the tone for the ritual. Witness the dervishes and the sheikh take their places and begin with praises to the Prophet Mohammed.
