By public transportation, you can get to the museum by bus to stops Royale, Parc, or Gare Centrale; you can also take metro lines 1 through 5 to Parc or Gare Centrale, or trams 92–93 to stop Royale.

  • Upon entry, every visitor will undergo a brief security screening. Strollers with infants cannot be brought into the museum.
  • For those with limited mobility, the museum offers wheelchairs for loan.
    Mondays, 1 January, 1 May, 23 June, 1 & 11 November, and 25 December are all closed days for the museum.
  • Not allowed : Baby strollers, Luggage or large bags, Scooters, Skateboards.
  • Except assistance dogs, pets are not permitted.
  • Wheelchair accessible.
