- Skip-the-line palace entry includes a designated time slot, eliminating ticket wait times. Groups of 10 or more will receive headsets for enhanced audio inside the palace.
- Garden access is limited to the free sections. During winter, the gardens are not green or illuminated, so a morning tour or a visit in spring, summer, or autumn is recommended. In extreme weather (such as heavy snowfall), the gardens will be omitted for guest safety.
- From November 8 to January 6, the tour includes a visit to a local Christmas market.
- Schönbrunn Palace does not feature a Sisi exhibition—consider booking our Hofburg tour for that experience.
