Know Before You Go
- If you are traveling from Québec City or Charlevoix, it is recommended to choose the Baie-Ste-Catherine departure instead of Tadoussac. The experience is identical, as the boat will pick up passengers from both locations.
- Boats depart on time, so please arrive at the meeting point early. Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time.
- Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers. Rest assured, the boat features an enclosed area for your comfort.
- Whale Guarantee: Our sighting rate is extremely high. However, as the marine park is a natural environment, sometimes the mammals can be more elusive. No worries! If no sightings are made, we'll offer you another whale watching boat tour.
