Enjoy the classical music masterwork, Vivaldi's Four Seasons. See the concertos of a string quartet and basso continuo at the Karlskirche in Vienna. This concert is exceptional because of the performance of the classical period instrument ensemble Orchestra 1756.
With the help of historical sounds, take in a trip through time at this evening concert and create lifelong memories. Four of twelve groundbreaking violin concertos that depict each season of the year are included in The Four Seasons. This masterwork, which transports you to a world of sound with thunder and lightning, cracking ice and songbirds, a sleeping shepherd boy, hunting parties, and many other locations, was inspired by four sonnets.
