Enjoy convenient hotel pickup before visiting a nearby market, where you’ll learn about local herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients used in everyday Thai cooking.
Back at the kitchen, design your own menu by selecting dishes from several categories. Begin with a starter of your choice, such as hot and sour prawn soup, local chicken soup, chicken cooked in coconut milk, or turmeric-infused chicken soup.
For the main course, prepare popular Thai favorites like Pad Thai or chicken fried rice, or try flavorful dishes such as chicken with cashew nuts or Pad Kra Pao. Enhance your skills further by making fresh curry paste from scratch using a traditional mortar and pestle.
Choose from red, green, Phanaeng, Massaman, or Khao Soi curry paste, then use it to cook a rich chicken and coconut milk curry packed with classic Thai flavors. Finish the experience by preparing sweet mango sticky rice for dessert.
