Upon arrival, guests can choose from a variety of thoughtfully designed tour options to suit different travel preferences. Every MuBus experience includes convenient, reservation-free entry, a complimentary one-time shuttle service to and from the Wall, and access to the MuBus Visitor Center, where free tea, light snacks, a comfortable waiting lounge, and luggage storage are provided to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
The Basic Package is ideal for travelers who prefer a flexible visit. It includes round-trip bus transportation and entrance tickets, along with approximately four hours of free time to explore the Great Wall at your own pace. Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy a specially prepared Great Wall country-style buffet lunch at the MuBus Restaurant, offering a satisfying and authentic dining experience.
For visitors who want a deeper understanding of this historic site, the 30-minute expert-guided Wall tour provides valuable insight into the Great Wall’s architecture and purpose. Led by a professional guide, this experience allows you to walk along the Wall, closely observe its ancient structures, and learn how it was built and used throughout history.
Adventure-focused travelers may prefer the 5-kilometer guided hike, which covers all major landmarks of the Mutianyu section. This route begins with a mountain hike leading up to the Wall and continues across its most significant features, guided by an experienced professional. Due to the physical demands of this route, good fitness is required, and it is not recommended for those with limited stamina.
For a truly memorable experience, MuBus also offers an overnight stay at a countryside villa located at the foot of the Great Wall. After completing your tour, relax in peaceful surroundings while enjoying sunset views and a star-filled sky. On the following day, a private transfer will be arranged to take you comfortably back to the city.
