Tokyo → Mt. Fuji Day Tour Overview
Start your journey in the morning from central Tokyo and head toward the Mount Fuji area for a full day of iconic sights and scenic views.
Your first stop is Arakurayama Sengen Park, famous for its postcard-perfect panorama of Mount Fuji overlooking Fujiyoshida. After climbing the steps, enjoy stunning seasonal views—cherry blossoms in spring, greenery in summer, autumn colors, or snow in winter.
Next, visit the charming Hikawa Clock Shop area, a quiet street known for its “Stairway to Heaven” view, where Mount Fuji appears beautifully framed at the end of the road.
Continue to Oshino Hakkai, a peaceful village with eight crystal-clear spring ponds fed by melted snow from Mount Fuji. Take time to stroll, relax, and enjoy the traditional atmosphere.
Lunch is not included; you may bring your own or eat locally.
Later, stop by the famous Lawson convenience store near Lake Kawaguchi, a popular photo spot combining everyday Japanese life with Mount Fuji in the background.
End the day at Oishi Park or a seasonal attraction such as the Maple Corridor in autumn or the Cherry Blossom Festival in spring, depending on the time of year.
Return to Tokyo in the evening, concluding a memorable day surrounded by Mount Fuji’s natural beauty.
