- Children under 3 years and below 110 cm enter free; guests 4 years and above pay the standard gate rate at the park.
- Friday access is for women and children only from 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.
- Shuttle service operates on a schedule; a valid ticket or booking is required.
- Multi-park tickets require guest verification on first use (finger scan or manual registration with photo ID).
- Passes are valid for 9 months until first use.
- A Face Tag system will be introduced from 20 January 2026 (QR code scan required).
