- The bus tour does not operate on December 25th or January 1st.
- The Castle Line operates only single-decker buses.
- The activity provider may change or cancel services without prior notice due to circumstances beyond their control. In these cases, refunds are not available.
- The Zoo ticket is included only in the Epic pack. While the hop-on hop-off ticket is valid for 72 hours, the Zoo entrance ticket remains valid for an entire month.
- Night Tour departs from Restauradores Square (Stop nº2 on the Belém Line) and is available only for Classic, Explorer, Expert, and Epic packs.
