Full Description
Enjoy a day trip from Zurich that starts with a scenic drive to Lucerne, where you can admire key sights and enjoy free time. Continue to Engelberg and ascend Mount Titlis on the Rotair revolving cable car to reach the summit. At the top, take in sweeping Swiss Alps vistas, explore icy landscapes, ride the Ice Flyer chairlift close to glacier crevasses, and enjoy optional snow activities (weather permitting) before returning to Zurich.
Know Before You Go
- Snow tubing at the glacier park is available from May to August or at Trübsee from December to April (depending on weather and snow conditions)
- Optional visit of observation deck “TITLIS Horizon” (available from 1 June 2026). Cost: CHF 18.00 adult / CHF 9.00 child (to be paid on spot in cash or by credit card)
- The TITLIS Rotair will be closed from 17 August to 11 December 2026. Outside this period, the routing and means of transport may have to be amended without prior notice due to construction work.
- From 1 April 2026, the tour will have a duration of 10 hours.
