Full Description
With this experience, you’ll take a cable car journey from Zermatt to the summit of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Start at the valley station and first ride in a gondola toward Trockener Steg, passing alpine forests, meadows and glacial terrain. From Trockener Steg, transfer to the highest 3S cable car, which carries you over the Theodul Glacier to Europe’s highest cable car station. At the top, you can enjoy panoramic views of up to 38 Alpine peaks from the viewing platform, visit the Glacier Palace, where ice sculptures and icy corridors have been carved into the glacier, and relax in the cinema lounge, which screens short films about mountaineering, local wildlife and alpine landscapes.

- Zermatt is a car-free location. To reach the meeting point, use public transportation or take a taxi
