Let yourself be captivated by about 3,000 species of plants from tropical and subtropical climates from all over the world. The botanical family of palms, technically called Arecaceae or Palmae, is best represented in the collection, with more than 600 species distributed throughout the park according to their geographical origin. See how most of the Palmetum territory was dedicated to island territories, so palm trees from islands such as Madagascar, the Caribbean or Polynesia are very well represented.
